"I would like to give a zero rating but not possible. This review is negative because of the recommended collision repair shop that State Farm pushes their policy holders to use. Caliber Collision,
We have damage to a pickup truck, a fender bender. Hit a deer. We used the recommended repair shop Caliber Collision, and the estimate is incomplete. So we call and no one at Caliber Collision even knows the person that signed the estimate. No one at Caliber collision is willing to fix the issue. Seriously!! I can only imagine how terible the service would be if there was a natural disaster or a claim for major damage.

I have a message for State Farm, your only as good as the people that you recommend to do the repairs. We may or may not be able to continue with State Farm. However, I do need to say that Jennifer in the Coweta State Farm office is very kind and is trying to help."

"I got to talk to Karen Holmes and I enjoyed it it was a very satisfying conversation, a broad range of conversation to learn about myself and she just played real concern and understanding down to my level not that I'm on a high level but I do have difficulty in communication with some people and you guys know that if you've looked at some of my reviews. She's assertive good eye contact and educated in communicating with people with probably all types of people. I encourage anyone that's reading this if you're looking or interested in State Farm which I am a State Farm client and I love the motto of like a good neighbor State Farm is there this person represents that company very well. I hope that I get to socialize with her again someday I know I will never forget today's fellowship she even was considered enough and gave me two bottles of cold water as I needed to leave because for one I had things to do and she had work to do as well but she was very cooperative and answering a few questions that I had and I approve her as a good agent if you so desire want to have her as a State Farm agent I don't see why she would not be suitable for you.
